Friday Night Live with Brian Ritchie Trio

Brian Ritchie, the curator of MONA FOMA, music curator of MONA and the Bassist of Violent Femmes will be back at Providence on the 23rd April !

The Trio consists of Brian Tairaku Ritchie on shakuhachi (Japanese Bamboo Flute), iwabue (Japanese stone flute) and other wind instruments, Tim Jones (from TSO) on tuba and Danny Healy on woodwinds. They play jazz, Japanese traditional music and their own originals in a free and improvised manner. The concert will be all acoustic!
